• A staff of 8 appraisers with CRA, P.App designation (see staff list)

• All members in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada

• All licensed with Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) Over 100 years of combined experience

• Member of the Calgary Real Estate Board
